Our client, an established organization committed to strengthening its positive image and enhance customer experience, is seeking for a seasoned integrated marketer to head up the team.
Reporting to the Executive Director and leading a sizable team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s overall branding, marketing and communications strategy. To achieve organization goals and KPIs, you will craft a sustainable brand roadmap, develop strategic and effective integrated marketing and communications plans and campaigns across a wide range of channels, including publicity, press relations, digital marketing, social media, the mobile app, the corporate website and more. You will also drive customer loyalty through CRM and data analysis, supporting initiatives for upselling and cross-selling and continuously improving the overall customer experience. Other responsibilities are but not limited to: build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, lead, motivate and manage the team, translate customer insights into business development opportunity and budgeting.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related discipline. At least 15 years of experience in branding, marketing and communications, including a minimum of 10 years in managerial roles work within reputable organizations. You are expected to have in-depth knowledge on branding, digital marketing, media and social media marketing. You must have good judgement and political awareness, able to handle sensitive issues tactfully and balance differing stakeholder viewpoints. Highly influential and collaborative leadership style. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) is mandatory, Mandarin is a plus. Familiar with and/or genuine passion for art and culture is highly preferred.
